You agree that all contacts provided to Go STR Marketing to originate, send and deliver communications to on your behalf have not previously opted out of any invitation to receive marketing material prior to enrollment of Go STR Marketing services and hold Go STR Marketing harmless of any liability for marketing to contacts that have not consented to receiving your marketing communications on your behalf. You agree that by approving Go STR Marketing content and having the ability to communicate via the platform on your own, You are exclusively responsible for all communications sent using the Platform, including compliance with all laws governing those communications such as the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (“TCPA”) and the CAN-SPAM Act. You represent and warrant that you understand and will comply with those laws. Campaign Launch Date is the day the first marketing messages are sent to the initial contact batch by Go STR Marketing. Agreement term is a one (1) year agreement that may be separated into 12 monthly recurring service fees auto-drafted every thirty (30) days. Should a recurring payment method fail, Go STR Marketing will give three (3) written notices of the payment failure and request another form of payment prior to account suspension and interruption of services. Client agrees to pay remainder of one (1) year total services amount upon account suspension upon authorized payment method failure. Accounts can be re-activated for the remainder of the term upon request.
